Abbotsford House is a stone built detached house set in 14 acres of countryside just 1 mile from the picturesque market town of Ilminster.
We are just on the edge of the lovely quiet village of Broadway with very easy access to the A303 and only 7 miles from the M5 and the Somerset county town of Taunton.
We have 2 spacious twin/double bedrooms with ensuite facilities (a bath or shower) and both have tea and coffee making trays.
There are digital flat-screen TV's in each room with Freeview and a DVD Player built in. The rooms have dual aspect views over the adjoining fields and the River Ding. Free Wifi access in both rooms.

We are located at the foot of the Blackdown Hills, designated an area of outstanding natural beauty.
There are Otters in the River Ding that flows alongside the house and a family of Kingfishers who regularly hunt the small fish along its banks. The house is set in large grounds and surrounded by open countryside.
